TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 Before making a reservation with Shamoroamo Motorcycle Tours, please read these Terms and Conditions carefully. They constitute a contractual agreement between Shamoroamo Motorcycle Tours ("we," "us," "the Company") and you ("the Rider," "you"). By submitting a booking, you confirm that you agree to and will comply with these terms. 

 All riders are subject to the following policies:

• A signed Release and Waiver of Liability, Assumption of Risk & Indemnity form must be submitted by every rider. No exceptions.
• A helmet and safety jacket must be worn at all times while operating the motorcycle. Equipment may be provided upon request.
• A signed General Liability Waiver must be on file with Shamoroamo Motorcycle Tours before the tour begins.
• Bookings are secured by credit card authorization only.
• Upon return of the motorcycle, Shamoroamo Motorcycle Tours will inspect the bike. The security deposit will be refunded provided there is no material damage resulting from the rider's negligence, misuse, or lack of skill.

• A valid motorcycle license is required for all tours.
• Riders must be at least 21 years of age with a minimum of two years of riding experience.
• Riders must possess the qualifications, skills, and experience necessary to safely operate the motorcycle. By booking, the rider represents and warrants that they meet these requirements.

• A deposit of 10% of the quoted tour rate is required to secure a reservation.
• The remaining balance is due preferably in cash at the tour location before the tour begins.
• Cancellations made 14 or more days before the tour date: 50% of the deposit is refunded; the remaining 50% is issued as credit, valid for one year from the date of issue.
• Cancellations made less than 14 days before the tour date: the full deposit is issued as credit, valid for one year from the date of issue.
• Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the tour start: no refund or credit will be issued.
• No-shows (no cancellation notice given before the tour start date): the full deposit is forfeited.
